Cooking kabobs is a great way to use fresh meat and seasonal summer produce. When using wooden skewers, always soak them in water for about 30 minutes before placing food on them. This keeps them from burning while they’re on the grill. Don’t pack your skewers too tightly in order to let the food cook evenly.
